Saundie lives in Fort Collins, Colorado, and enjoys anything that involves taking on an adventure in the outdoors. She has always enjoyed travelling and seeing the world. She first visited Pignon in July 2014,and met Francois and his “family.” Visiting Haiti was an eye-opening experience, and at once, life-changing for her. She loves working with Loving Haiti by writing and sharing news from Pignon.
Some of her favorite things include coffee in the morning, long talks with close friends, a good book (and lots of time!), watching the sun rise, seeing kids make new discoveries, and witnessing people find and embrace freedom.
